Northcot House, Pirton

Northcot House is situated in the Hertfordshire village of Pirton. It is a four bedroom, three storey detached self build home with an adjacent barn styled garage. Designed by Nicky Turner and constructed by Nicky Turner Self Builds, Wayne and his wife Nicky oversaw every step of the process from the design through to the specification of UK made materials, project managing every detail of the construction themselves. We first welcomed Wayne and Nicky to the works in 2016. They had planning permission to build their dream home and their vision was to make Northcot House look like a working 19th century farmhouse. We worked closely with Wayne and Nicky and after many visits to the works and several sample walls built, we eventually created a bespoke blend of bricks that ticked all the right boxes. Wayne Turner Developments Ltd went on to build three more properties on this exclusive development also built in bespoke blends created by Northcot Brick. This project was named Brick Home 2020 Award Winner.
