The state of the UK building industry, the restoration of Battersea Power Station and Northcot's vital role in this and a number of other architecturally-led building and restoration projects were the subject of an editorial in the April 9th edition of the Sunday Times.
Reaching approximately 750,000 readers (the Sunday Times is the country's best-selling quality newspaper), the article included key comments from Northcot Brick MD Michael Brown, who discussed the uniquely labour-intensive processes employed to make Northcot bricks, the rising fortunes of the brickyard and the significance of its work on the prestigious Battersea project.
